An important announcement was made by the District Governor's Office for disaster housing beneficiaries. Village housing in the Tatlar, Alçiçek Değirmenkaya, Barış (Zillihan), and Ağcaşar neighborhoods will be delivered to the disaster victims affected by the February 6 earthquakes and who are beneficiaries.

The housing delivery process has begun for beneficiaries who have completed their loan processing. The legal period to receive the keys will start on September 1, 2025 and end on October 15, 2025 at 17:00.

The rights of the right holders who do not receive their houses within this period will be canceled.

Requirements for Key Delivery:

• Being the right holder and having a house awarded to you by a notary lottery.

• Having completed the debit transactions.

• Your house It must be declared ready for handover.

If the residence has more than one beneficiary, all beneficiaries must sign the report at the time of handover. The keys of deceased beneficiaries will be handed over to their heirs after the inheritance procedures are completed. Contact AFAD BRANCH
